VisionAir Booking Policies
1. Booking Confirmation: Upon completing a booking, you will receive a confirmation email with all the relevant details. Please review this information carefully and ensure all details are correct. If you have any questions or notice any discrepancies, please contact us immediately.
2. Amendments to Bookings: We understand that plans can change. To amend your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Amendments requested less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Cancellations and Refunds:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: Full refund.
Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled appointment: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment: No refund.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, we will work with you to reschedule your appointment at no additional cost.
4. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full booking fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
5. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the length of your delay, we may need to shorten your appointment or reschedule. Late arrivals may still be charged the full booking fee.
6. Changes by Us: While we strive to honor all bookings as scheduled, there may be rare occasions where we need to make adjustments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and offer alternative arrangements.
